Shipping Overview
Rndtides ships research-use products to qualified customers through trusted domestic carriers. Orders are placed through our secure website at https://rndtides.com, processed in the order received, and dispatched from our fulfillment facility once payment has cleared.
We offer multiple delivery speeds so you can choose the option that best fits your timeline and budget. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on your destination and selected service level.
Order Processing Time
Orders that are paid and verified before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, inventory reviews, or when additional verification is required. If a delay affects your order, our team will notify you by email with an updated timeline.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping services for eligible domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping — economical ground delivery for non-urgent orders
- USPS Priority Mail — expedited service through the United States Postal Service
- FedEx 2-Day — delivery within two business days to most U.S. addresses
- FedEx Overnight — next-business-day delivery where available
- FedEx Overnight — Signature Required — next-business-day delivery with adult signature confirmation
- FedEx Saturday Delivery — available for qualifying Friday orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time
Available methods may vary by destination, package weight, and product type. The options shown at checkout reflect what we can offer for your specific order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method, destination, and order weight. You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
- Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders with a grand total of $200 or more, before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
- Expedited services (Priority Mail, FedEx 2-Day, Overnight, and Saturday Delivery) are billed at carrier rates plus any applicable handling fees shown at checkout.
- Promotional or wholesale pricing does not automatically include free expedited shipping unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Domestic Shipping
Rndtides ships to valid street addresses within the United States, including the contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service permits. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited or signature-required services.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Rndtides is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International shipping availability is limited and subject to local import regulations, carrier restrictions, and product compliance requirements. Not all Rndtides products may be shipped outside the United States.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance procedures imposed by the destination country. Rndtides does not control customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery dates for cross-border shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a link to monitor delivery progress through the selected carrier.
If you create an account at checkout, you can also view order status, shipping history, and tracking details from your account dashboard at any time. Guest checkout customers who need order updates may contact us directly with their order number and the email address used at purchase.
Packaging Standards
All Rndtides products are packed to preserve product integrity during transit. Orders are sealed in protective materials appropriate for research compounds, labeled discreetly, and prepared in accordance with our internal handling and quality standards.
We do not include pricing or promotional materials on the exterior of packages. If you have special packaging or delivery instructions, note them at checkout or email our support team before your order ships — we will accommodate requests when operationally feasible.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
If a carrier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed signature, or repeated delivery attempts, the package may be returned to Rndtides.
Returned shipments are subject to a reshipment fee covering outbound and return carrier charges, plus any applicable restocking or handling costs. Customers will be contacted before a package is reshipped. Rndtides is not responsible for product degradation that occurs when a shipment is delayed or returned due to customer-provided errors or unavailability to receive the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, or if your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@rndtides.com with your order number and photos of any damage to the outer packaging and contents.
We will work with the carrier to investigate lost or damaged claims and, when confirmed, arrange a replacement or resolution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items, but we will replace orders affected by verified carrier loss or shipping error at no additional product cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placement. Once an order enters processing or ships, changes may no longer be possible.
Contact support@rndtides.com with your order number to request a change or cancellation. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and are handled under our lost, damaged, or returned shipment policies.
Payment Methods
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure website. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through our payment gateway. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.
Rndtides offers individual and volume-based pricing on select products. Quantity discounts, where available, are shown on product pages. For large-volume or institutional pricing inquiries, contact support@rndtides.com.
Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed. Orders with declined or incomplete payment will be held until the issue is resolved.
Payment Security
Your security is a priority at Rndtides. All transactions on https://rndtides.com are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption on our secure servers. Payment card data is transmitted through encrypted channels and is not stored on our systems beyond what is required to complete and support your transaction.
We follow applicable privacy and data-protection practices and do not sell, share, or misuse your personal or payment information. Your data is used solely to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and maintain account services where applicable.
Compliance & Research Use
Rndtides products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research materials.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order that we believe may violate applicable law or our terms of sale. Shipping of certain products may be restricted based on destination or regulatory requirements.
Policy Updates
Rndtides may update this Shipping & Payments policy from time to time to reflect changes in carrier services, pricing, payment processing, or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
