Shipping & Delivery

Rndtides ships research products to eligible destinations through trusted domestic and international carriers. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected service level, and order contents.

Orders paid and verified before our daily processing cutoff typically ship on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, are processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rndtides is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, Rndtides generally does not accept returns of opened, used, or compromised products. We do, however, stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order we fulfill.

Replacements or refunds may be available when:

• Your order is cancelled before shipment and the cancellation is approved
• Products arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect through no fault of your own

Delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier’s marked delivery date or receipt of a visibly damaged package. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
